The office is in a nice location The breakfast options are good

Horrible culture, horrible people. Anyone who is any good leaves and the only people who stay are those that wouldn't be able to get employed elsewhere because they're incompetent. Everyone who works there seems to be really insecure and snakey - not pleasant to work with or around at all. A guy literally had a heart attack and collapsed on the floor and pretty much everyone just carried on working. Only 2 of us helped. It's one of the strangest things I've ever experienced - nobody seemed to care.

It's been years working in this organisation and ever since we are undergoing a toxic work culture in our team. We have seen our colleagues leaving and new coming but there has been no change in the attitude. It feels like they enjoy creating pressure and control. It is so overwhelming when you always feel sick not due to work but because of constant terror and the mistreatment. Even when raised our concerns, we would get feedback email terrifying us and later targeted every possible moment. Productivity growth has been no more of a scope under dec payables.
