      Good benefits (if you use In Network medical providers); 401K matching; generous PTO; lots of talk about diversity, mobility, and sustainability.

      Cons

      Most support jobs (Operations, IT, Middle Office) have been "near-shored" from NY to Montreal as a cost-cutting measure - despite profits. Low pay scales; Management can be uninspiring, unsupportive and, at times, disrespectful; too many IT "work-arounds".

      You will perfectly get by if you are a free rider Great name in resume to jump to better places WLB is not too bad as IB although even it depends on team You will get fair bonus for referal, although you will lose a friend in return

      Cons

      Lowest salary among peer banks EMEA people are treated like kings and queens, FO are treated like Kims in North Korea served by MO and BO servants in APAC offices Expect extra budget for either sleeping pills, anti-depressants, or both
