      Services provided to the employee 1. Free WiFI 2. Bus services 3. Subsidized canteen 4. Great Annual Party in 5* Hotels Wondering about work ??? Actually, it depends on Team in which you are getting hired Maybe you will get development or support. Work till you feel to work else switch to other company.

      Cons

      1. They don't provide much time for the developer to work. 2. They expect every task to get the finish on time without any bug. 3. Due to productivity, developer has to work till late night or on weekend in order to deploy. 4. No work life balance.

      Vacation time was very generous.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Training is nil. HR is ineffective and not to be trusted. Do not believe any progressive policies or initiatives. Treats women poorly. Middle-aged, straight white men who are poor managers and pathetic can get away with murder. Women are set up to fail with impossible mandates and punish them for failing only to justify another appointment of a white, straight male to replace them.

      Genuinely a dreadful company to work for. One of those soul sucking jobs you hear so much about and wish you never have to do yet I was unlucky enough to have this job. Archaic systems, managers are all 20 somethings who have no people skills and offer minimal support and only got their jobs cause they were besties with the hiring manager.
