Good working environment Trips to London and Paris which will show you how one of the best banks in Europe operates

Cons

The message from the top gets stuck within middle management (the ones which will be responsible for your development). Weak training - you'll be instructed to do your tasks, ONLY! You'll never be encouraged to search for extra knowledge ( And if you do, you are on your own) No salary transparency - new people may come and earn more than you (even without experience)

9 to 6 everyday outside of rush periods with added flexibility of being to leave early if needed. Never had an issue with management on any of these sort of issues.

Cons

Very little movement in managerial positions that leaves the careers opportunities at horizontal level only.
