      Great forward thinking company, good benefits and job perks. Good transparency and internal communication. Large focus on work-life balance.

      Very few cons, however glass ceiling present in some divisions.

      Great team! Greta people! Everyone is very focused on their job and want to improve.

      Cons

      Wages are standard for the industry, the plant location is 30 minutes from the city, and it becomes hard to grow after mid manager position.
