      * Decent enginnering and bonus plan if you're in upper management

      Cons

      being a canadian/french company they always favor their local teams more than american jobs. they moved a lot of jobs from Canada to the US for show but none of them are management jobs; all the brass stays in Val Court. Always bashing americans in conference calls and making snide remarks and "jokes" about America.

      Pros

      Innovative company with great products. They are on the leading edge of R&D, have a great dealer network and are impressive at quality in manufacturing.

      Cons

      The company has a terrible reputation for their frequent restructuring usually based on whatever "flavor of the VP that was recently hired" feels how things should go. The sales team lacks direction as is evident with high level of turnover. Lots of politics within the sales org that impact employee moral and creates a stressful environment.
