      Benefits and salary are good

      They are very traditional and lack guidance, management team is not utilizing employees potential and does not give them autonomy in their projects, always micromanaging . You come here and you are on your own, there is no training process. There is not an opportunity to grow in the company. Does not have a friendly company culture. Lack transparency, put employees on furlough and announced reopening, only to lay 650 people off globally a week before scheduled reopening.

We want all of our employees to feel like they can grow with us and achieve their goals. The current situation can be destabilizing for people, and nessarily less than perfect. But we keep moving forward, because it's in our DNA. Your opinion helps us to understand how we can do better.

      Great people, interesting culture, passion

      Cons

      I felt like senior management spent more time deciding who sits in what chair as opposed to making improvements and refining strategy. I learnt a lot, but ultimately left because of too many empty promises
