Pros

-Fun environment -Cool products -Employee rebates -Bonus -Good insurance package -Hands on approach

Cons

-A lot of unpaid overtime -Excessive workload -Insignificant salary increase post-covid -Salary not competitive -Abysmal location -Too many projects at once -Job-specific tasks are unclear and job evaluation criteria seems meaningless -Inconsistent workload and task distribution across employees (favoritism) -No formal training process -Invisible HR -Outdated and inadequate design process (need to integrate FEA analysis more in the design process and rely less on physical testing) -Way too much planning and management done manually, need to redefine business processes (desperately need to deploy PLM, better ERP and project management tools) -Vehicle development engineering spends too much time supporting operations and other business units instead of doing actual R&D

- If Company is going well you get a good yearly bonus

Cons

- Management might do a witch hunt if you disagree with their view - Hiring Preference for less qualified french speaking people - Having the right friends and saying the right thing matters more than doing the right work - Little parental leave, and this type of leave is not well seen

Pros

1. Health Insurance is High Deductible Plan, so low Premium. Good for a person that does not get sick much. 2.Health Saving Account, pretax contribution from paycheck is up to 3650 dollars IRS limit per year. You can make Mutual fund investments from your Health Saving Account after you get at least 1800.00 dollars into account. 3. 401k Match is 6 percent, that is higher than most Fortune 500 companies. 4. Company is highly competitive on the market, it's one of a kind. 5. Dental is good. 6. If company is cyberattacked and your off for a week, they still pay you for that week, but at 60 percent of your regular pay.

Cons

1. Human Resources, does not show current pay grades for BRP Employees in general labor. No Human Resources board located in main work areas. 2. Does not have an online system for Vacation Time or Paid Time off Requests to be submitted by remote access from home. 3. Obesogenic environment by giving free donuts every morning. I prefer a Kringle. 4. Some employees claim teamwork, when instead they are doing something called social loafing or piggybacking off the hard work of other people. 5. Some Workers like to wear hats on the job to make themselves look more like a boss, unless the sun is in their face, I see no reason to wear them inside buildings. We call it a social psychology priming technique or change in attire to influence the people around you.
