      Pros

      Excellent office location, fun atmosphere, staff members are friendly, high tech equipment, access to lots of expensive software, work with highly educated and affluent people.

      Cons

      Too many people, under-appreciation, stealing culture, responsibility avoidance, budget cuts, low wages, forced work in office policy, subjective based promotions and raises, lack of training, unimpressive and uninspiring projects.

      rds, pathetic work culture, poor manager, boot licking culture

      Pros

      nothing , poor working culture, data pulling work, manager at RDS hub is very proud, likes boot licking, micro manages. poor leave policies.No job security, if you do not do boot lick, manager will ensure to harass you and she will even kick you out. Also she is a psycho with some mental disorder, she generally is not aware on her illogical arguments. Poor work culture, they won't give you offer letter on selection, because if you will read their leave policies, termination policies, you might drop the idea of joining. Management is least bothered about how harassing a manager is and will generally ignore if you call out. Leave policies is terrible!

      Cons

      Leave policies, psycho manager, no job security. Do not join RDS, mangr won't let you breathe and won't hesitate in spoiling your career. Also the work at RDS is pathetic, it is just data pulling. hire n fire ( through forced resignation)
