      - great place to start career or pivot - tons of exposure to different industries and business problems leaders are facing - opportunities to learn and grow quickly

      Cons

      - hours can be tough - policies can be quite controlling which is frustrating with how little flexibility we already have - recently went from 3 days a week in office to 4-5
