      - Incredible professional development - High impact work - People you can trust - Respect for your life, and who you are - Sustainable career path (within the bounds of consulting) - Everything they said was true (and then some)

      - Consulting can be intense at times, but they do everything possible to manage it

      Pros

      Collegial and driven with great exit opportunities. The social atmosphere allowed for by Bain and Co is unsurpassed. The quality of work genuine in its intents.

      Cons

      Like all entry level jobs, most of the intellectual work is done at the higher levels

      Pros

      Truly a great way to launch your career after undergraduate. You will make great friends, will learn a ton, and have a lot of opportunities down the road (I am in business school now and probably didn't recognize how much more appealing I am on the job market because of having Bain)

      Cons

      Truly not that many downsides. The pay is good, but not incredible. Offices are getting bigger (and less intimate), but that is a sign of growing company
