Bain gives you tremendous learning opportunities and the chance to make a big difference wit the clients you serve. The culture is just outstanding and is Bain's real secret sauce. You could do similar work at BCG or McKinsey but the people at Bain are far more passionate, committed, and inter-personally engaging. The partners at Bain are people you want to emulate (not always so true in this industry). And making the company the best place to work in the consulting industry is a personal passion for them. Bain is an incredible place to work.

The lifestyle is intense. It's not for those looking for the 55MPH lane. The culture is incredibly supportive but you will have a lot of days in which your ego takes a bruising as you go through the inevitable growing pains required in the job.
