      Pros

      Huge, infinite resources, has hands in many of the major pots, great launch pad.

      Cons

      You need to engineer your way past the mid-level positions. Socially, networking, being known, etc..matters equally if not more than doing good work (98% of ppl there do, or can, do excellent work).
