      It's fine to start your career

      Pros

      Highly recommended if you are starting your career as a software engineer in Latam. You will be working with North American people, and you will learn a lot about best code practices.

      Cons

      The salary is too low, or at least for me. I saw the other's review and compared it with mine it's too low.

      Pretty good though a carreer plan is needed

      * Able to work on amazing projects. * Everything is in English within the Project. * Ability to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      * Not a clear career path. * Basically you are a contractor so you are on your own, which may not be something bad for some people.
