      Pros

      There is nothing good. Indeed nothing.

      Cons

      - You waste too much time resolving exercises. I mean almost half a day. - You are like a instrument for them, just a thing, you are not a person, you are not a professional, just and instrument, just a test. - You receive the offer, yes you do! But later they keep telling you that the client is not ready to start or that he declined to begin the project. Then RRHH keep telling that you need wait for a new client. How much time? Months, years! - They are not serious - I think they are the worst place to apply. You are just wasting your time.
