      It was good until it lasted

      Pros

      They have good salaries and good projects, Also, the work environment is nice

      Cons

      They said that they want a "long term" relationship with you. And, if the project that you are in ends, it is supposed that you are in the waiting list doing some tasks of the company while they find another project. That not necessarily happens, Sometimes they said that they didn't find any project for you in a short term but if you check in some job search sites you find a lot of BairesDev offers.

      Ok if you understand you're highly replaceable and they treat you like a number

      -Fast sending equipment -Fast response to equipment needs -Punctuality in payments -Coworkers are usually very helpful and nice

      Cons

      -You're not a person but a number -Recruitment team is a mess -Pm's are underqualified for taking over projects -Overall communication within the company is a mess
