I just hit my one-year mark and still can't believe I get paid to do this role. This is the first time I have been at a company that has a genuine curiosity about how to improve the business daily. Although the company has been around for over a decade, it still operates as a young, scrappy startup. The ability to be entrepreneurial in your role and operate it as you see fit makes this the perfect role for me.

Cons

Depending on the time of year and where you live geographically, there could be periods of heavy travel.
