      Having top 1% people around means you'll need to be excellent at all time.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, paid in USD, good environment.

      Cons

      They don't tell you the truth during the process, they don't tell you that they monitoring you with a software that takes SS every 4 min. Also you only have 2 sick leaves per YEAR. They tell you that you can grow, that's fake, even if you're a top performer they won't give any success career opportunity.

      Pros

      .-Competitive Salary. .-Good mgmt, the manager is always willing to help and to hear your thought, and actually it does take them into consideration. .- Great place to learn a bunch of new skills. .-100% remote. .- Great enviorement, and possibilities of growth.

      Cons

      .- Really few benefits. .-You have to cover all expenses incurred while work on home (might need to upgrade your internet connection, you have to oay for your heath insurance, basic things). not something that would make you to not work there. .- You'll work on independency regency, meaning that you are more a contractor than an employee.
