      Pros

      - Good work/life balance (depending on your project). - No micromanagement. - No screen recording or anything creepy like other companies around does. - There is a general concern about the quality of life. - Flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      - The hiring process is too painful and slow. - The referral process is as bad as the regular hiring process. - There is no clear path to growth if you are working as body shop.

      Good place to work and learn but projects can end unexpectedly

      Pros

      They have US based clients, and the project usually have a really good tech stack, up to date with new technologies.

      Cons

      Projects can end almost at any moment. Although benching is paid as well, for around a month. Also it has no benefits compared to a job as an employee in Mexico.
