      Pros

      I am currently with brilliant people who focus on making the company better and better every single day. Besides that, people are friendly and interested in growing personally and professionally; this environment allows you to thrive.

      Cons

      Sometimes I miss going to the physical site, but that feeling disappears when I remember that I no longer have to commute 1 hour to get there.

      Best company I have worked on in my life

      Pros

      I love my job as DBA SQL Server and SRE-Devops Engineer, I have to say I like almost every day of my work with very few exceptions and that's a lot to say. I really enjoy the environment, the people, the capacity of the team and the freedom. The company is constantly evolving.

      Cons

      Constant change also creates a lot of pressure during these times and sometimes there is just too much to do and priorities are not completely clear.
