      I had the opportunity to work at BairesDev as a remote employee, and overall it was a good company to work for. The company was professional and offered a good salary, and there were opportunities for growth if you were disciplined and proactive. Unfortunately, I was laid off due to a company restructuring, but I left the company on good terms. One of the biggest advantages of working at BairesDev was the 100% remote work setup, which allowed for a flexible work-life balance. Overall, I would recommend BairesDev as a good company to work for, especially for those seeking remote work opportunities.

      Pros

      I started working at BD with little experience, but after an intense recruitment process, the company was able to see my potential. Months later, I am happy for the opportunity and I have learned so much here and continue to learn. I really enjoy working for BairesDev. I met great leaders and great people. My motivation keeps growing!

      Cons

      Some people claim that the company is not perfect, no company is perfect. But the way a company deals with its problems is the way to evaluate it. After months of working here, I have no complaints. That doesn't exclude the negative experience other people have had, but from my point of view... so far so good!
