      Pros

      The company has a very healthy work environment, everyone is respectful in their interactions and people's commitment to their job is high. 100% remote work, ideal for digital nomads. Very inclusive and diverse company. Compensation is good and there are ways of increasing it by referring new candidates and clients.

      Cons

      Most people won't get any perks or benefits such as insurance, bonus, etc. On the other hand, everyone gets paid vacation, national holidays, and some leaves (maternity, sick, etc.).
