      They’re very protective of their employees, they listen and respond properly to all concerns.

      Cons

      The same of all contractor companies, your growth within the end customer is limited, you won’t get promoted.

      Didn’t have time to see any

      Cons

      I went through the hiring process, left my company to work at baires where they offered a “long term position”. Their client closed the contract and I was fired after 20 days. Would not recommend this place in a million years

      Pros

      Work from home, reasonably good pay for Latam standards (but it will not last).

      Cons

      Management is full of BS, only friends of "top management" ever get ahead, everybody else is disposable, contract format is bordering illegal, they lie about everything. Cost is their only driver. If someone else will do your job for even a penny less than you, you will be replaced, no doubt. No quality, you will be managed by people who have no expertise or knowledge, but are simply there because they are friends with someone in a high place. Avoid at all costs.
