      Not so good, not so bad

      Pros

      The work life balance is very good, at least in the projects I participated on.

      Cons

      Very few vacation days per year, only 10. Things are becoming super bureaucratic lastly. Salary raise politic is very bad, I haven't had a raise in 3 years (and asked for it several times)

      Great peers, okey leadership, poor management

      Cons

      Micromanagement, crazy time tracking apps, insane deadlines, overbearing demands, no such thing as private time, no registration (brazilian only).

      Pros

      Great for independant developers. Some projects are very interesting.

      Cons

      They sell themselves as the super caring very important company for developers, the truth is you are only useful if you are on their cheap side. if you are on their expensive side as soon as your project ends, your contract is terminated. Performance, feedback, or time in the company is ignored no matter how "1%" you are.
