      The payment is good enough.

      Cons

      no job security, constant discussion of hours worked. Dubious business plan. No care for people. Fairness is not even considered. Processes inexistent beyond invoicing.

      get help from the project manager, mentors, and other teammates

      Cons

      a lot of bureaucracy, if you enter in some requirement outside the commons is a lot of emails and time to get some solution
