Pros

Depending on the client, work is usually very autonomous, with flexible hours, and people from BairesDev always makes sure you have all you need. It was a great first experience working fully remote for a company located in another country.

Cons

It's not all that clear how can you grow your career within the company with the passing of time, even if you're successful at your job.
