      This is a 100% remote job with an amazing structure. The company pays a good salary and has interesting project

      - Flexibility - Authonomy - Good projects - New technologies - Very good clients - Competitive compensation - Excellent professionals - Well organized, all the processes are well-documented.

      Cons

      - The majority of projects are Staff augmentation. - The management team is responsible for the staff allocation, performance, and administrative stuff, which is quite boring and distant from real project management activities.
