      They fired me in the midst of the pandemic

      Pros

      -Respectful environment. -Different clients. -You can negotiate your salary.

      Cons

      -Not a place you can grow much as an engineer (this is common for outsourcing/offshore companies). -Lack of a formal employment contract in most countries except Argentina (this leaves you unprotected, they can dump you with no considerations or compensation as they did with me amid the pandemic because our client canceled the contract, not because of my performance).

      Exlent place to work

      Great personal support. Team/Client managers stay close to you and support you with any issues either personal or with the clients. Remote work Flexible Hours Learning environment

      Cons

      Bit below in average marke pay. Only 2 weeks of pay vacations per year Not entirely clear growth path.

      Great Client Solutions Sales Organization
