      Pros

      Everything about my experience at BairesDev has been great. I've worked on interesting projects with great clients and had a good internal exposure. The company is growing a lot and very fast, so there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow, but you need to keep up with their pace.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything really worthy of note.

      Growing really fast

      Pros

      Really good pay with bonuses. I get to meet so many people from all over the world. I work from home, and I've even worked from different cities whenever I need to travel.

      Cons

      Company is growing so fast there's a lot of work for us in the HR area

      Pros

      Nice and remote work, clients of all sizes, had to work in different projects but never had to move from home. Pay above average. We can work with flexible schedules respecting our timezones. Nice culture with friendly and helpful team. It's been a great experience so far.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets in, I've referred a couple of friends and haven't been able to pass the selection process
