      Excellent Experience, Amazing Organization to Work for

      Pros

      Non-bureaucratic structure, even though it is an enormous company the processes are agile and well thought. There are very clear procedures when needed, followed by outstanding communication from all members of the different teams. Employee as an asset mentality, including paid extra hours and very clear expectations in an objectively measurable way.

      Cons

      The hiring process is long, although it is set to identify the best candidates.

      You get access to a lot of different training resources, courses and one-on-one sessions (especially if you work in recruiting) so you know how to approach clients easily.

      Cons

      Can be a bit confusing to figure out how to implement theoretical knowledge practically when cold calling potential recruits

      Pros

      If you're new, you get a lot of help from other people in your team on getting onboarded onto projects and the company. Everyone's very friendly too!

      Cons

      It can be daunting getting put into the deep end with big projects but it makes you learn faster
