Work overload, they are not transparent neither with employees or clients, everything is scripted and all meetings recorded and judged

A good place to work, but you will be alone most of the time

Good work flexibility and as i was working directly under Baires i was a good project.

Cons

The salary they offer is really bad and you will be alone as long as you do your job. So no learning experiences or potential growth.
