      Flexible hours, benefits and most importantly, the great team I work with.

      Cons

      None really, I'm very happy with my roles. And whenever I felt something wasn't going the right way, my manager was pretty open to finding a solution.

      Super entrepreneurial environment and great opportunity for growth. Clients based from some of the largest, most recognized companies in the world to early stage startups. Much is expected of everyone but leadership is open to non-traditional hours to allow for life balance.

      Cons

      The speed at which things move may not be for everyone. If you require consistent oversight and cannot operate autonomously, it could be overwhelming.
