      Great company but it at a lot of process to hiring

      Pros

      To be hired it could take more than 6 months, in my case it was 9 months, then it seems that when the contract with the client is finished, they do not have how to move to another client.

      Cons

      Managers will always ask you how the client is doing and if you need any help.

      Pros

      Fully remote company with generally good practices for work flexibility and async communication. Salaries are competitive, yet they use location-based bands. This can be helpful for some and not so much for others. Most people that I worked with were highly specialized, very effective/high performing, and had a results-oriented culture with no BS.

      Cons

      They operate in a tough market. Since mid 2022, demand has decreased and although they have kept up lead gen, it has been at the expense of working abnormally hard. It is not easy to work remotely when you have a multi-cultural and multi-continental team. I wish we had met in person more often, as we could have avoided some of the silly frictions that we had.
