      Pros

      Good payment, almost always in time (first 10 days of month, sometimes it gets until 12nd). Work from home, great chances to have a life - work balance.

      Cons

      Rate increases is not based on your performance but rather on you having another job opportunity. They'll promote you / increase rate only if you have another offer to keep you on company.

      Pros

      I started working in BairesDev in an Apprenticeship Program which was an amazing first experience as a professional. They have free snacks in the office, and they also allow you to manage your hours. It’s a great place to start your career.

      Pros

      Working from home with the most flexible timetables ever Very competitive salaries, no delay in payments They provide you with a computer if needed (and a really good one - i7 + SSD + 16Gb DDR3/4)

      Cons

      The constant upgrades and improvements make things change very often and adapting can be a bit confusing at times (not that this is entirely bad, though)
