Pros

The company is growing. The staff is diverse and talented. I love being able to work asynchronously with fully remote teams. I have a highly skilled and capable manager who has been an excellent resource for professional development and mentorship. It is extremely refreshing to work in an organization where expectations are clearly communicated and projects are aligned with business objectives in a straightforward and transparent fashion. I know what is expected of me, how to do it, and why it matters.

Cons

I wish I could meet more of my team in person, but not so much that I wish we had an office. This is a really small problem!
