      It's good to stick for a few months but there are bigger fishes out there

      No micromanagement Top notch laptop / monitors / etc Very flexible with time

      Cons

      Bad pay Cannot change clients If you are not feeling good with a client you cannot request a change or they'll fire you They promise things like career growth, training courses, etc... and do not deliver

      The only pro Work From Home

      Cons

      recruiters don't care about anything other than getting you to sign a contract. They only care about putting a resource in the client to capture it, the management by hr is very bad. While I was working there, I received offers from other bairesdev recruiters on my LinkedIn. It is chaos and the number of developers who leave the company is very high, they cannot keep the developers. My advice is that if you want a serious job, DO NOT CHOOSE BAIRESDEV.
