      - You can get help from other employees if you need - If the client fires you, you can stay a while in the talent pool while the company looks for a new client for you

      Cons

      - As a third-part employee, a percentage of you salary will be kept by your contractor. - As a third-part employee, the client don't look at you as a primary talent.
