-Has a great work-life balance. -The people are kind and accessible. -Gives you all the equipment needed to do your job.

Cons

-It's kind of hard to get a raise in your salary. -Does not have a benefit for health insurance or body care. -The opportunities come related to the way you are working right now, if you were only needed by one skill, you could be at a project that could let you grow, or a project that would only need that skill and that's all.
