Pros

Competitive Salary, Work life Balance, Good incentives and Standard appraisal based on your performance, Supporting colleagues, Nice work culture, Free access to LinkedIn Learnings and Plural Sight. Conveyance is free, Barclays Pune office is of Next level. Its Awesome. IJP Job Security is a myth in the corporate. Though I haven't seen any layoffs happening in any department during my tenure.

Cons

Limited scope of learning, Legacy technology and Transformation in Tech is quite slow, Minimal Budgets for Team outing and events. Though Year End Party is good, As organization is very big, So it is difficult establish your visibility in front of upper Management, Promotion is bit Difficult as I have seen people with 10+ years of experience working as a senior developer.
