The company is a large company and good for Cv. Everyone that works there is friends and nice, culture is a lot more relaxed than other banks so hours aren’t too bad!

Cons

If you weren’t a computer science graduate, their graduate scheme is very bad for training you into a developer - especially over the Covid lock down. However, I believe they are fixing this for newer graduates.

As a grad you are very much empowered and so long as you speak up you will be heard

Cons

Due to the nature of the work, you may have to get up at 3 on a Saturday and work for 7 hours
