Driving inclusive engagement and becoming an employer of choice are some of our top people priorities for this year, and currently our employee engagement scores stands at 89%, which is well above industry average. We are reorganizing our learning offerings with a focus on mentoring and sponsorship programs. Our learning avenues include curated learning paths and multiple online resources such as from Pluralsight, Safari and Gartner.
