- Great people - Great location - Solid products - Flexible schedule

Cons

- There's a noticeable gap in knowledge between the development team and upper management, which causes some issues. - Advancing in both position and pay is incredibly difficult, if not impossible in some cases. - PTO policy is basically non-existent compared to other tech companies in the area. - Salary rates are on the low end of the market

Very much a performance based work place. However, management could mentor better. A frat house environment at times.

• Great atmosphere in the office • Approachable local management team • The US exec team make an effort to get to know everyone and strive to keep a family atmosphere • Great mix in age and experience • Senior management will go out of their way to be a mentor to younger/less experienced members of the team • Good career progression • Clear focus on solution areas and have a plan in place to execute against the focus business areas • Updating systems and programs to help streamline the business processes

Cons

• Sometimes the back fill is slow when staff leave • Basingstoke isn’t the greatest location
