Barracuda has always been open to employees exploring various avenues for their career. If you see a need and have the initiative, Barracuda supports you to go for it. The female leadership has grown in the past few years which has empowered the women that work there. The work-life balance is great and is important to a young family.

Cons

Occassionally, there is a lack of communication and direction. Office location can be a stumbling block to building a career.

The people in the trenches with me were awesome.

Cons

Executive management has no clue what they are doing and the leadership there is laughably atrocious. Company went private and new ownership is head hunting. No matter how long you dedicate to them, there is no loyalty whatsoever and it is an every man for themselves mentality from the top down.
