      - Feedback was always valued and encouraged - We were always given adequate work that helped us learn as much as possible - Management is really friendly - Snacks, games, and coffee provided - Learning is always nurtured - Each intern has an associated work supervisor, which makes onboarding smoother - We can choose what to work on - Interns were trusted with big tasks; we presented to senior managers
