      Pros

      Barracuda is a fun environment and always knows how to do a great marketing event.

      Cons

      Don't truly value their employees. Their employees are just that and not valued and trusted as part of the overall vision so keeping them happy is not a priority. Executive team does not empower their management. They do not pay comparable to the market. Their quotas set you up for failure out the door, too high and unrealistic.

      Pros

      Good colleagues and managers. Products are good, but are somewhat buggy. A good learning experience.

      Cons

      Work pressure is too high. Tier 1 techs in India are expected to handle escalations from US techs. Attrition rate in support team is quite high. Compensation is low compared to the amount of work expected to handle. Its no secret that the Indian techs are paid the cheapest in all of Barracuda. Shift allowances are low and needs to be improved. Poor infrastructure in India office. Team outing is just one per year. No breakfast/lunch/dinner

      Pros

      This is a company you go to if you are looking to get into sales without any experience. If you truly work hard, put in the hours and show success, you will learn the entire sales cycle. Take in the full experience and learn! After you succeed at this, it is time to move on.

      Cons

      The nerf guns, full bar downstairs, and random fighting octagon on the sales floor is there to fool you of what you are worth in regards to pay.
