      Pros

      -Great opportunity for motivated and hard-working individuals in a passionate, team driven enviroment. -Entry level positions to give people a shot at a career with good benefits. -Catered food 3 days a week. -Casual attire. -Gym, game room, and bar to wind down after a long day. -Management always there to help keep employees motivated and having fun. -Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and if you put in the time, you get positive results. Overall a great place to have fun and love what you do.

      Cons

      -Pay should be higher for those with more responsibilties. -More team building events to keep the moral high and employees rewarded for their hard work.

      Pros

      Comprehensive training, helpful co-workers, opportunity for growth in a rapidly evolving field, fun atmosphere, commission (including accelerators) for those who work hard enough to cash in on it, employees are held accountable (ie, you get what you put in).

      Cons

      SKO was turned into "Launch 2016" this year, which was essentially 2-days of intense training (instead of a kick-off at a fun location). Parking lot can get full after 9 AM, but new lot has pretty much addressed that issue. Food no longer served all 5 days; only 3 days a week now (with food trucks the last 2 days a week), but it's better than nothing.
