      Lots of opportunity for career growth and advancement, if you want to move up you can Decent pay for inexperienced newbies Lax dress code Free lunches 3 days a week Friendly coworkers, most people want to do the right thing Interesting products Reasonable hours As a whole there are a lot of good things happening at the company but I think management has made some mistakes that have alienated staff. These mistakes include: Promoting inexperienced people who haven't paid their dues Promoting individuals with questionable ethical judgment Wide variance in pay of employees in similar roles Unobtainable de-motivating quotas Expecting growth but doing nothing to build it
