      Can't think of any.. After my 10 years everyone has either quit or been fired.

      Cons

      Lying, no pay increases, no loyalty to employees, even long term people who helped start the company. One must be a brown noser to maybe get noticed for a job well done. No work/family balance and extreme micro managing...

      Pros

      Barracuda is a great place to work, especially the corporate marketing department. Marketing management is easy to work with and they provide opportunities for career growth. Turnover is low among this group. Barracuda has a generally fun atmosphere to work in with one of the best in-house bars in the valley.
