      Pros

      Barracuda is a great place to work if you are trying to jump-start your career. If you are able to grasp things quickly and show determination to learn, you will do well for a few years. Other pros include: free lunch, bar and gym located at HQ

      Cons

      That being said, the pay is not competitive. Learn as much as you can and take on as many challenges/opportunities they throw at you, and simply look for another job once you have outgrown your role.

      Pros

      The products and technology are descent but seem to be falling behind the competition in the last couple years. We do provide good support and most customer facing employees are engaged and try to keep the customers satisfied.

      Cons

      Nano management. Every time I assume they have reached the pinnacle of micro management they top themselves. There is a serious lack of training and follow through on new initiatives.
