      Pros

      Great diversity and inclusive work environment. Work-life balance is on par with most tech companies. Flexible work hours and management allow you to go about your day-to-day as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      They lack a solid career growth program. It's very on the fly and the lack of mentorship in the company doesn't provide employees looking to grow with the opportunity to branch out into other areas. More of a figure it out yourself environment.
